1. CONTENT AND APPROPRIATE CONDUCT

By posting information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials ("Content") to Impact, you warrant and represent that you either own or otherwise control all of the rights to that Content, including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the Content, or that your use of the Content is a protected fair use. You agree that you will not knowingly and with intent to defraud provide material and misleading false information. You represent and warrant also that the Content you supply does not violate these Terms, and that you will indemnify and hold INM, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies ("INM") harmless for any and all claims resulting from Content you supply.

You agree that you will not use Impact to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, illegal, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by Impact or INM.

Any user who feels that a post or comment is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email at blog@INM.com. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.

You agree that INM will not be liable, under any circumstances and in any way, for any errors or omissions, loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of use of any Content posted on this site. You agree that you must evaluate and bear all risks associated with the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content.

You understand that all Content is the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. INM reserves the right, but shall have no obligation, to pre-screen, flag, filter, refuse, modify or move any Content available via Impact. You understand that by using Impact you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable, and that you use it at your own risk.

Users agree to comply with their own local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content, including laws regulating the export of data to and from Canada or the United States or your country of residence.

Unless you specify otherwise, any and all works of authorship copyrightable and posted to Impact are submitted under the terms of an Attribution Creative Commons Public License. Under this license, anyone can share, copy, distribute, transmit, remix and adapt the Content, royalty-free, on the condition that they credit the authorship in the manner specified by the author or licensor (but not in any way that suggests endorsement or use of the work) each time they do so. Amongst other things, this license permits RSS aggregators to copy, distribute, display and perform any Content on Impact syndicated using RSS. All Content is syndicated for RSS aggregation unless settings are changed to indicate otherwise.

3. INDEMNITY

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify INM, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, advertisers, licensors, suppliers or partners, (collectively "INM and Partners") from and against any third party claim arising from or in any way related to your use of Impact, the Content, violation of the Terms or any other actions connected with use of Impact, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature. In such a case, INM will provide you with written notice of such claim, suit or action.
